About Us
Our beginning
Our founder, Melinda Williams, birthed the idea of a peaceful place where women could come for eyebrow arching and make-up needs back in 1979.
With Melinda’s vision, the steady leadership of her sister, Celestine Beverly, and a team of really talented sistas, Dendera (the name stems from Egypt’s Dendera Temple, a place honoring beautiful goddess Hathor) has grown into an iconic Atlanta address for ladies looking for an arch, new products or a much-deserved makeover.
While Dendera is conveniently located in the ATL’s West End Mall, its influence stretches across the globe.
